Glasgow Flapjacks

I am definitely going to be trying this out this week! Anthony’s half Scottish, half Puerto Rican. We usually eat a more caribbean fare, but this looks like a delicious way to celebrate his mother’s side of the family! I bet our girls will just gobble this up, too.

They tastiest and most amazing Flapjcks I’ve ever eaten, just in Glasgow, this delightful Scottish town. Have you never been to Glasgow so I recommend you go there. One can not but love the city and the people there. I love that town!
These Flapjacks I dedicated to Glasgow.So simple, so wonderful and not so dangerous for the figure. 😉

200 g of honey
100g sugar
100g brown sugar
200g butter
400 g of oat flakes
2 tsp vanilla
½ tsp cinnamon
100g total of sunflower seeds, raisins, chopped apricots, coconut
Instruction:
Take a saucepan and add the butter, honey, sugar. Heat until everything is mixed up. Mix in remaining ingredients. Stir well. Take a form 20×30 cm and dress with greaseproof paper. Place the dough in there and flatten it carefully so it is even. Bake at 175 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Cut while still warm into…
